1 RIGHT TO SELL
Owner grants Marketer an exclusive right to sell owner's coins under the terms of this Agreement for a period of 90 days from date of receipt by Marketer.  This exclusive right to sell only applies to the coins listed in shipping manifest.  Marketer agrees to devote reasonable effort in marketing the coins.  All prices and terms of sale shall be determined by agreement between Owner and Marketer.  Owner may cancel this right with not less than 24 hours notice.

2 ACCEPTABILITY
Prior to sending coins, Owner will contact Marketer to discuss all items.  This can be done via email, private message on a social network, telephone, or US Mail.  Coins will be sent to Marketer housed in reusable holder, staple free, in a manner that coins can be removed for inspection and photography.
Upon arrival Marketer will inspect for suitability and acceptability any and all coins received and may elect at any time to not offer any or all coins for any reason.  Marketer will estimate the grade and value of the coin.  If there is a difference between Owner and Marketer in estimated value of an item, Marketer can elect not to offer the coin.

3 SHIPPING DEPOSIT
Owner will place with the Marketer an amount sufficient to pay for return shipping from the Marketer to the Owner all items not sold.  The minimum Shipping Deposit is $4, with an additional amount of $0.25 per coin.  If Owner desires insurance on returned shipping, the amount charged by the USPS will be charged to the Owner, plus 3% for Paypal fees.  If all coins are sold, Marketer will reimburse, along with regular payment, Owner for the deposit OR hold it if other coins are placed on consignment.  In the event the Shipping Deposit is insufficient to cover return postage, coins will be held by Marketer until Owner pays the difference. 

4 PROCESSING FEE
All coins will bear a 50¢ fee for handling and background work.  This amount is due and payable in advance, before coins are inspected for acceptability.  This fee is non refundable.

5 INVENTORY, PRICE AND METHOD
Owner will send a list of coins, with each coin assigned a unique identification number, grade, and desired Buy It Now Price or Starting Bid.  Owner and Marketer must agree on how each item is to be offered and what the BIN or SB shall be, prior to Marketer offering the item.

6 PROCEEDS OF SALES
Marketer will pay to Owner a portion of sales proceeds which shall be calculated as follows:
Sale Price of each coin,
less (3% + $0.30) for Paypal fees where applicable
less the greater of $2.50 or 10% of sale price.  This is the commision charged by Marketer
less fees for certification, attribution and inspection, if requested by Owner
less excessive holders, packaging, shipping, handling, or other fees incurred by Marketer
Payment will be once per month and at least 30 days after the sale of a coin as determined by date of payment by buyer.  Marketer will issue payment to Owner via Paypal.
Items returned by a buyer will count as a non sale and Owner will be charged for a portion of return shipping charges incurred.

7 TAX REQUIREMENTS
In the event payment by Marketer to Seller exceeds $500 in a single year, Owner will provide Marketer with Owner's Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number.  Marketer will issue Form 1099-Misc at the appopriate time to Owners last known address.  In the event Owner changes address, Owner will update information with Marketer within 30 days.  Marketer will not store this information electronically except for use in printing at time of issuance.

8 CHANGES
This Agreement shall apply to all items sent by Owner to Marketer until a change is made to the agreement.  In the event of a change in the agreement, Marketer will inform Owner.  Before Marketer offers any subsequent items sent by Owner, a signed copy of the updated Agreement must be sent to Marketer by Owner, along with any fees or deposits required by the changes.

9 FURTHER STIPULATIONS
9.1 Neither the Owner nor his agents may bid on Owner's own items.
9.2 Marketer does not offer international sales and does not ship internationally.
9.3 If Owner sells any items held by Marketer while in the possession of Marketer, Owner will pay Marketer commission, paypal fees, shipping fees, and all other fees due as if the item was sold by Marketer.
9.4 Marketer may refuse to condust business with any Owner at any time for any reason and need not disclose the reason.
9.5 Marketer may limit the number of coins being sent by Owner, accepted by Marketer, offered by Marketer.
9.6 All photographs, video, and digital reproduction of items will remain the copyrighted property of Marketer until and unless other arrangements are made and concluded.

10 JURISDICTION
This agreement and enforcement shall fall under the Laws of The State Of Florida.

I declare that I am the lawful owner of the items, that I have authority to sell and consign the items, that the items are free of encumberances, that the items are authentic, and I agree to all of the above stipulations.
